Prototyping & Small Run Production<\/h3>\n

We are a high-volume facility that is equiped to quickly design, engineer, and create a protective packaging prototype for your review prior to either short-run or long-run production. We can accomplish this by using an existing design (email us in .DXf or .HPG format) which our in-house team will immediately review in our CAD\/CAM systems to create exact spec samples, or you can send us a sample of the product you would like to protect so we can design a prototype for your review.<\/p>\n

What is Polyurethane Foam?<\/h4>\n

Polyurethane foam is a flexible and resilient open-cell foam that makes it feel softer than other foams. Our sheets are dimensionally stable and will not twist, warp or bow. It will tolerate extreme extreme cold or heat and retain excellent strength, stability and rigidity even at high heats. This foam is highly resistant to most chemicals and solvents, won’t absorb water, rot, or decompose in subgrade applications.<\/p>\n
