This includes our cleanroom packaging services, which are performed at our Tempe, AZ facility in our ISO 7 (class 10,000) Federal 209E cleanroom. These cleanroom packaging solutions are designed to protect delicate electronic components and sensitive equipment from the automotive, medical, semiconductor and aerospace industries.
Our in-house design team utilizes a wide variety of foams to create the perfect packaging solution for each individual product being protected. The main foams we use in various formats are polyurethane, polyethylene, EPS, anti-static and polystyrene. All of these foams are then cut and engineered to the exact specifications of the item being protected.
