Quality Foam Packaging
Foam Packaging Specialties has produced high quality foam packaging solutions since 1972. Our state-of-the-art facility in Tempe, Arizona allows us to quickly design, engineer and fabricate foam packaging that is industry and product specific.
Since 1972 clients across north America have relied on our time-tested packaging methods to protect their products during the shipping and handling process. We design and engineer foam packaging solutions for products of every shape and size, in a wide variety of industries.
This includes our cleanroom packaging services, which are performed at our Tempe, AZ facility in our ISO 7 (class 10,000) Federal 209E cleanroom. These cleanroom packaging solutions are designed to protect delicate electronic components and sensitive equipment from the automotive, medical, semiconductor and aerospace industries.
Our in-house design team utilizes a wide variety of foams to create the perfect packaging solution for each individual product being protected. The main foams we use in various formats are polyurethane, polyethylene, EPS, anti-static and polystyrene. All of these foams are then cut and engineered to the exact specifications of the item being protected.
