Since 1972 our family owned business has designed, engineered and fabricated custom foam packaging solutions. Our facility is a one-stop shop for all of your business packaging needs, and includes and ISO 7 (class 10,000) Federal 209E cleanroom.
Our cleanroom packaging is designed for electronics and delicate components that require a contamination free environment. We meet the most stringent industry requirements for critical components in the medical, automotive, semiconductor, aerospace and other industries. We fabricate and assemble foam inserts and complete packaging solutions with technical and environmental compliance.

Our ISO 7 cleanroom (class 10,000) Federal 209E is a hard-sided wall manufacturing facility that utilizes HEPA filtration systems to maintain air cleanliness levels lower than the 10,000 particles per cubic foot standard. Our class 10,000 cleanroom filtration system provides filter coverage of 15-25% and a minimum of 60 air changes per hour. We exceed the standard air flow rate for an ISO 7 filtration system of 9-16 CFM per square foot.
