Polyethylene Foam

The Polyethylene Foam we use is a strong, resilient closed-cell foam. Ideally suited as the material or part of a material required in products requiring a shock absorbing, vibration dampening, insulation, barrier or buoyancy component, and as a material for cushioning products in packaging applications. Polyethylene foam’s excellent buoyancy allows it to be used in flotation equipment, and other nautical products.

Polyurethane Foam Packaging

Polyurethane Foam

The Polyurethane Foam sheets we use are dimensionally stable and do not twist, warp, or bow. They can tolerate extreme cold or heat and retain excellent strength, stability, and rigidity even at extreme heat. The sheets are highly resistant to most chemicals and solvents and do not absorb water, rot, decompose or dissolve in subgrade applications.

Expanded Polystrene

Expanded Polystyrene

Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) insulation is a lightweight, rigid, closed cell insulation. EPS is available in several compressive strengths to withstand load and back-fill forces. This closed-cell structure provides minimal water absorption and low vapor permanence.

A PERSONALIZED APPROACH TO YOUR CUSTOM FOAM PACKAGING

“Our company has always treated each client like a member of the family. My grandfather Wayne Perry started this business in Mesa, AZ with his wife Lavonna under a parking shade back in 1973. Since that time our company has grown into a successful business that continues the personalized and award winning service that my grandfather started almost 50 years ago. We have been a leader in the foam packaging industry for decades and have occupied our state-of-the-art facility located in Tempe, AZ home since 1990. Customer service has always been the cornerstone of our company from day one and it’s what makes us great today. We know it will only get better from this point forward and we take pride in delivering a best in the industry client experience.”
