In addition to ur normal foam packaging services we also provide cleanroom packaging. Our state-of-the-art facility includes an ISO 7 cleanroom, which is the only one in the state of Arizona, and one of the few in the western United States. This facility allows us to provide packaging for electronics and delicate components in a contamination controlled environment. This service caters to the automotive, medical, semiconductor, aerospeace and electronics industries and their products.

Our ISO 7 cleanroom (class 10,000) Federal 209E is a hard-sided wall manufacturing facility that utilizes HEPA filtration systems to maintain air cleanliness levels lower than the 10,000 particles per cubic foot standard. Our class 10,000 cleanroom filtration system provides filter coverage of 15-25% and a minimum of 60 air changes per hour. We exceed the standard air flow rate for an ISO 7 filtration system of 9-16 CFM per square foot.
