Our facility located in Tempe, AZ has provided advanced foam packaging solutions to our clients in Arizona and throughout North America since 1972. We specialize in the design, engineering and production of foam packaging solutions for a wide variety of products in nearly every industry. This includes the aerospace, automotive, medical, and semiconductor industries.
Our facility includes an ISO 7- Federal 209E-Standard Class 10,000 cleanroom, which is the only one of its kind in Arizona and one of the few in the Western United States. We utilize this facility to create custom foam box inserts, top and bottom trays, and other advanced packaging that meets or exceeds the most stringent industry requirements. Many of the packaging solutions, including those using anti-static foams, are designed to protect electronics and delicate components.

Our ISO 7 cleanroom (class 10,000) Federal 209E is a hard-sided wall manufacturing facility that utilizes HEPA filtration systems to maintain air cleanliness levels lower than the 10,000 particles per cubic foot standard. Our class 10,000 cleanroom filtration system provides filter coverage of 15-25% and a minimum of 60 air changes per hour. We exceed the standard air flow rate for an ISO 7 filtration system of 9-16 CFM per square foot.
